JCC PROPERTY ASSESSMENT INFO   

a/ Go to James City County Internet site: www.james-city.va.us

b/ at UPPER LEFT, click on “HOW DO I?” and find “GET PROPERTY INFO”

c/ at FAR LEFT, select “PROPERTY INFO”

d/ at LOWER LEFT, select “I AGREE”

e/ You should now have a small map of JCC on your display

f/  at BOTTOM LEFT, select “SEARCH BY ADDRESS”

g/ at UPPER RIGHT, enter house number and street, then “SEARCH”

h/ you should now have a map of the area in which the property requested is located

i/  at the right, you should have a synopsis of the complete data for that property

j/  at the top of that synopsis you can

“CLICK HERE TO SHOW ADDITIONAL PROPERTY DETAIL”

k/ you should now have a full page of detail info on the selected property including

            current and previous assessments

l/  when you want to find info on another property, you can go back to the map of

            your neighborhood and repeat from step “f/”

m/ or – with that map displayed, go to top center and click on “ZOOM IN 2X” and

            then “SELECT PARCEL”
